Weekly Rate: $1200.00
Monthly Rate: $1000.00 per week
Nightly Rate: $190.00
Cleaning Fee: $80.00
Security Deposit: $300.00 cleaning fee will be subtracted from this deposit.
G.E. Tax: 4%
T.A. Tax: 7.25%
Two-person maximum. No smoking allowed. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Rate listed is a minimum rate. Rates may vary based on season and number of people.
